I grew up on the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand. A great place to live, still, with its amazing beaches, safe streets and schools you actually wanted to go to!
The Takapuna/Devonport Area is still home, it possibly always will be, but that doesn't stop my quest and desire to explore the world.
Among the places I have visited for both work and fun are : Australia, Fiji, Vanuatu, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, America, Canada, Tahiti, Papua New Guinea, Honduras, France, Italy, Greece, Germany, Amsterdam, Switzerland, Spain, Gibraltar, England and Guam - watch this space as I add more stamps to my passport as there are so many more places I want to see, and many I want to go back to! We Kiwi's love to travel!
If you have a job that could suit my many skills, are up for some crazy adventures, exploring new countries, cities and towns, finding new dive reefs or just want a solid hard worker then drop me a line

Personal Profile:
STEWARDESS ++
I am dedicated, mature, organised, service minded, strong and savvy. I truly enjoy and thrive on taking on new and exciting challenges. A natural leader and motivator I am a solid member in any team. Working primarily as a Sole Stewardess I am now looking to step up to a 2nd Stew (or Chief on yachts up to 50m) I am no stranger to hard work, both for others and within my own businesses. I am now wanting to put all of my skills, land and yachting, to become part of an active, professionally run yacht for the seasons to come. I am open to any senior role that will suit my experience and allow me to grow and evolve within the crew.
2nd Stewardess: to be able to grow and put to good use the hospitality and business skills I have amassed over the past years to support and back a strong Chief Stew and become part of a great interior team and crew.
Sole / Lead Stew: on smaller more active yachts where I can look after the interior and help out on the deck when needed.
Crew Cook: I have the ability and passion to cook for guests and crew, everything from omelettes to mousakka and the organising of provisioning. While I have worked as a Chef and recently as a Crew Cook for a crew of 8, I am happier cooking for crew or relaxed owners good healthy food with the occassional snack for the cookie monsters on board.
Deckhand/ Watersports: Being a PADI Dive Instructor, RYA PWC Instructor and ex Seadoo Watercraft Mechanic gives me a great base to further my skills on the Deck. My most recent role on a Sailing Catamaran gave me further experience with line and fender work as well as working with the 2nd mate with winches, blocks and stainless cleaning and assempbly. As a Seadoo Technician, I built up an array of skills - diagnostics, problem solving, mechanical servicing and electrical repair. Working in remote places, confined spaces and occassionally with out the "right" tool was just part of the never typical days work. Being knowledgeable on parts, systems, mechanically skilled- with great gurus to call on - being a bit savvy and being able to think laterally ensured challenges didn't often get the better of me. Bikini Mechanics on Tropical Islands and Big Boats was all part of the fun I made for myself while getting the job done!
I enjoy being around children of any age and happily engage in their learning and fun while always looking out for their safety. I am able to work within a team as well as unsupervised to provide the best possible experience for all on board. My waitressing and sales roles have ensured the service side of my work is always of the highest possible standard. I am able to work within a team, as well as unsupervised, to provide the best possible experience for all onboard. I am a fast and avid learner especially when working towards achieving a goal or realising a dream. Not much scares me - long hours, heights, engineers, nor sharks!
I am passionate about the ocean, having been on or near the water most of my life - learning to sail from a young age, working with the GBR America’s Cup Team, living on family yacht for many months, assisting people throughout the Pacific with their SeaDoo’s, and learning to Scuba Dive through to now being able to teach others how to enjoy this amazing world. I love being on, in or under the water! I stay active to keep healthy, enjoying a good laugh to stay relaxed and young at heart. Prepared to relocate anywhere, anytime, and already have my B1/B2 Visa for USA. As a New Zealander I do not require a Schengen Visa to visit Europe.
